Romania's capital, Bucharest is full of such signs. Old buildings bear this note, each being different in an effort to attract people's attention.
However, not only plaster falls.
There are some where tiles are falling.
Or falling ornaments.
And some try to catch people's attention by warning people about plaster, snow and icicles, which seems to be another problem on it's own.
